Processing & Shipping Time

All Hersaint.us orders are subject to a processing period.

Orders may take up to 14 calendar days after checkout to be processed and shipped.

This means your order may not receive a tracking number or be transferred to the shipping carrier immediately after your purchase.

The 14-day processing window may apply during:

Limited drops and new releases
High-volume order periods
Sales and promotional events
Holidays
Product preparation and quality-control periods

Please do not place an order if you are unable to allow up to 14 calendar days from your checkout date for your order to ship.

Shipping Time Begins After Processing

The 14-day processing period is separate from the shipping carrier’s transit time.

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, the carrier’s estimated delivery timeframe begins.

For example, if your order ships 10 days after checkout and the carrier estimates 3–5 business days for delivery, the 3–5 business-day shipping estimate begins when the carrier receives your package—not on the original checkout date.

Tracking Information

When applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number. Creating a shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has physically received the package.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Hersaint.us may cause additional delays after an order has shipped.

Hersaint.us cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact Hersaint.us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Customer Acknowledgment

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that your Hersaint.us order may take up to 14 calendar days after checkout to be processed and shipped, in addition to the shipping carrier’s delivery time.
